Sellers Preparation Process

Here's a high-level overview of how I will prepare to list your home.

1. Let’s create a Buyer Persona Creation

Be the buyer for your home. We can't effectively sell a property unless we know who we will be marketing to! The first step is always to create a buyer profile and identify how we can best appeal to them from every angle possible. Ask yourself, would I buy this home?

2. In-Home Interior Design Consultation

Referred experts will come to the property to do an in-depth walkthrough letting me know what changes need to be made in order to appeal to all potential buyers! They will make recommendations about painting, rearranging furniture, staging, decluttering, etc.. No detail will be missed! Remember the goal is to create a Buyer Persona.

3. Repairs / Painting / Cleaning

At this stage we are preparing the home from the ground up to make it look showroom-ready for buyers! Any cosmetic repairs, painting, and thorough cleaning are done at this stage. We will advise you what you need from paint colors to new light fixtures that capture the eye.

4. Staging / Styling

Based on the interior design consultation, at this stage we will bring in any staging or styling pieces needed. This may mean fully furnishing a home or just a couple accent pieces here and there. A buyer's first impression is what we want to achieve.

5. Photography & Videography

It’s Showtime! I will capture the true aesthetics of your home. Professional photos and videos that capture the attention of prospective buyers.

6. Marketing Content Creation

Once we get all the photos and videos back, we use these assets to create dozens of marketing pieces including print marketing, social media posts, online ads, email blasts, blogs, and so much more! Marketing that will give your property that Digital Multimedia marketing.

7. Listing Launch!
